About Us

Compassion. Dedication. Excellence in Home Health Care.

Our Mission

Nightingale Nursing & Home Health is committed to delivering comprehensive, in-home medical care to individuals affected by occupational illnesses—particularly those impacted by the nuclear energy industry. We tailor care plans that improve quality of life, manage symptoms, and support independence in the comfort of home.

Our History

Nightingale Nursing was born on Cinco de Mayo in 2020 by two nurses with a combined 40 years of nursing experience. The dream of Nightingale is to provide competent, caring, compassionate in-home skilled nursing, case management, and home health aide services.

We have seen first-hand the danger of corporatized medicine and built our company around a model that prioritizes the patient and their family. In most cases, we utilize family members as paid caregivers, because who knows better how to care for family, than family? As part of our commitment to care, we pay all caregivers and nurses a living wage, because you don't get quality staff if you don't pay them what they're worth.

We are nurses who know nursing. We are proud to be nurses. We live and breathe nursing. If you call us at two in the morning because you are concerned about symptoms you may be having, we know what to do and how to help you. We have extensive connections within the communities we serve and can cut through red tape, bureaucracy, and apathy to get the medications, appointments, and medical equipment you need, when you need it.

We believe in the power of nursing to change lives and health. If you give us a chance, you'll believe in it too.We offer skilled nursing and case management tailored to each client’s health needs and preferences. Whether you need 24-hour care or periodic support, we ensure compassionate, professional attention every step of the way.

Do I Qualify?
